Gies College of Business invites you to virtually attend the annual V. Dale Cozad Lecture on Entrepreneurship featuring Kevin Price, consulting CFO for Guayaki Yerba Mate, an organic beverage company specializing in Yerba Mate products.

After graduating from Gies College of Business with a bachelor’s in accounting in 2003, he began his career working in financial services at Deloitte and private equity at American Capital. In 2009, he helped co-found Trunk Club, an online personal styling service and clothing retailer. Price supported Trunk Club’s growth to over $100M in revenue in under five years and a $350M sale to Nordstrom in 2014. During his time at Trunk Club, he wore many hats, including serving as both the CFO and COO. After Trunk Club, Kevin led and supported teams within other high-growth consumer businesses, including Farmer’s Fridge, a vertically integrated Company based in Chicago that produces fresh, healthy meals.

His primary skill set supports scaling revenue and infrastructure by facilitating strategic alignment and planning, building high performance teams and capabilities, and driving operational excellence powered by data. He is most passionate about helping exceptional teams effectively and efficiently share their groundbreaking products with the world.

In his spare time, he enjoys continued education, travel, history, great food, and spending time with his wife Rachel, daughter Chloe, and newborn son Lenny.
